Ski Holiday Checklist

Skiing holidays are very different to summer holidays where you can just pack a few tops and pairs of shorts. You need to organised and make sure you have everything you need for a break on the slopes.

Here's a printable list to help you pack and not leave anything behind:

Travel Essentials

  • Tickets, passport and money
  • Transfer/train tickets
  • Accommodation details
  • Ski pack details
  • Insurance details
  • Driving licence
  • Ski Club membership if you have one

Equipment

  • Ski Boots/Board Boots
  • Skis/Board (correctly packaged in a ski bag)
  • Poles (can go into ski bag)
  • Rucksack/bum bag
  • Helmet
  • Transceiver, probe and shovel (for skiing off piste)
  • Drinks bottle
  • Multi-tool (to fix bindings etc)

Clothing

  • Hat
  • Sunglasses/goggles
  • Minimum 2 thermal tops
  • Minimum 2 fleeces/sweatshirts
  • Waterproof Jacket/Coat
  • Waterproof trousers (salopettes)
  • Minimum 2 pair ski gloves
  • Minimum 5 pair thick ski socks

Extra Space

Your “other” clothes will depend on what your plans are for après ski activities, we recommend waterproof boots for walking around the resort and an overcoat or fleece should for walking between the accommodation.
