You don’t even need to leave the hotel in the evenings – just head to the Leonora restaurant and take your pick of bistro-style and tapas dishes made with fresh, local ingredients and paired with fine wines from around the world. If you fancy something more casual, try the Frost bar – it serves a delicious menu of light bites, snacks and desserts, as well as some of Vail’s finest cocktails and signature scotch. And you have to try their signature hot chocolate – with gold-dusted milk chocolate spheres and spices, and topped with marshmallows, it’s a sweet-lover’s dream.Location wise, The Sebastian has the best of both worlds.
