The family-run Posta al Cervo near the centre of Selva is owned by such a couple. They're super friendly and more than happy to help or advise you while you stay in their homely, traditional hotel. Yes, some of it's a little faded, but with excellent homemade food, a truly welcoming atmosphere and Tyrolean mountain hospitality at its very best, we're not complaining.
