However, if you’re planning for a few meals out during your stay, Silverado Lodge is home to the Bistro at Canyons serving up modern bistro kosher cuisine throughout the winter. With the Bistro being the first restaurant of its kind in the US, you have a unique experience to boast about once you return home.If the kids still crave excitement after a day on the slopes then Silverado has an outdoor pool that they can muck about in. But if you just need a break then the hotel also has its own wellness centre that you can unwind in.
