Chalet Lou Trave is a classically styled Alpine chalet, built of exposed stone and wood, and situated in the popular and peaceful Mussillon area, about 8-10 minutes’ walk from the resort centre and the focal point of La Chaudanne, where many ski lifts depart. For your convenience we provide a complimentary minibus service to and from the ski lifts each day.With exposed timber beams, a terracotta-tiled floor, and a feature stone fireplace, the open-plan living and dining room is instantly welcoming and cosy. From here a sun terrace extends the area where guests can relax at any time of day, and a hot tub is also here for guests’ enjoyment.Set across three floors, the eight bedrooms offer a good mix of twin or double rooms as well as a triple/quad bedroom, so the accommodation works well for families or mixed groups of friends. Most of the rooms on the second and third floor also have a balcony offering views of the scenic valley below, and some are particularly spacious and airy, thanks to the attractive high beamed ceilings.To complete the appeal, there is a sauna on the ground floor of the property, as well as a ski and boot room with a heated boot rack.
