The Posthotel Mayrhofen has recently been renovated with a new lift and, even better, a wonderful new sauna area. The Posthotel is not too far from the gondolas - about 10 minutes to the Penken - though the ski buses stop pretty much outside the front door so you don't need to trek there in your ski boots. You'll get a hearty Zillertal breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes and then in the evening you have a choice - either upgrade to half board and grab your dinner at the nearby Hotel Rose or stick with bed and breakfast and explore the variety of restaurants in Mayrhofen.
