The Cristallo is well located in the heart of lovely Canazei with views of the surrounding mountains. The local bars, restaurants and shops are nearby and the ski bus stop to the Belvedere lift is just outside. For cross-country skiers the loop is just behind the hotel and Canazei's wonderful swimming pool complex is also nearby. The Speckkeller in Canazei often has music and the Kaiserstube is lively too. The Ta Mongo bar in Pozza has a great atmosphere in the evening.  On (or just off) the slopes there is Baita Cuz for some afternoon snow and sun basking, the Husky Pub in Canazei for some classic Alpine après. There are also lots of sporting events happening throughout the season in Val di Fassa including the Sella Ronda ski marathon, and the Marcialonga cross-country skiing competition in January.
