Corvara Guide
Beginners and families are very well catered for in Corvara, with an excellent ski school and child care options available. These are all run by English speaking instructors and the local skis schools are not too far from the main village. After a few days in ski school, there are some lovely long blues on the Corvara lift pass where you can practice your turns and enjoy the amazing views.
Intermediates will be in paradise, you can choose to ski the 130km of piste on the local Corvara lift pass, or open yourselves up to the challenge of skiing the 1200km of amazing piste on the Sella Ronda ski circuit. The red runs are fantastic if you want to get some mileage under your belt and the state of the art lift system makes getting from area to area so easy and quick.
Advanced skiers should spend the day over in Selva where there are some challenging red runs and the off piste in Cortina and the Hidden Valley are a must. Snowboarders will love the Alta Badia snow park with boarder cross, rails and jumps to suit all levels.
Corvara is a chic and upmarket resort, and offers a real buzz at the end of the day, whether you want to enjoy a fine homemade meal and a local wine or two or a fabulous 5 star restaurant, Corvara has it all.
